Baumanskaya Metro Station
A station on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line of the Moscow Metro. Located in the Basmanny District (Central Administrative Okrug) along Spartakovskaya Street near its intersection with Baumanskaya. Named in honor of revolutionary Nikolai Bauman. Opened on January 18, 1944, as part of the section Kurskaya — Izmailovskaya. A deep-level pylon station with one island platform. It is a cultural heritage site of Russia.
